Scope & Contracting Party

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through this website. Your contractual partner is Mery's Premium Selection, Rafael Aguilar No. 4, 57000 Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, RNC/Tax 037-0003688-6.

Conclusion of Contract & Payment

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By completing the checkout process and payment (via Stripe or PayPal), you place a binding order.

Payment processing is conducted through Stripe and/or PayPal, our secure third-party payment providers — Mery's Premium Selection does not store your card details.

Pickup / Delivery

Products will be handed over at our retail location in Puerto Plata, opposite Taíno Bay, Antigua Vía Ferrea No. 130, 1st floor. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee freshness and availability at pickup.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

  1. All contractual agreements and disputes shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Dominican Republic, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
  2. The sole place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from or in connection with the contract shall be the local court at the registered seat of Mery's Premium Selection in the Dominican Republic.
